Asphaltene Dispersant/Inhibitor (Production Chemical)
Aromatic solvent-based or polymeric dispersant designed to prevent asphaltene precipitation and deposition in wellbore, tubing, and surface flowlines during crude oil production. Applied at 50–500 ppm by continuous injection, with formulations optimized using SARA (saturates, aromatics, resins, asphaltenes) analysis of specific crude compositions. Also available as a batch squeeze treatment for remediation of existing deposits.
