Concrete Curing Compound
Concrete Curing Compound is a membrane-forming liquid applied to freshly finished concrete surfaces to retard moisture evaporation and sustain cement hydration. Water retention efficiency of ≥90% per ASTM C309 Type 1/2 ensures adequate moisture for full strength development, reducing plastic shrinkage cracking and surface dusting. Available in acrylic, wax emulsion, and resin-based grades; white-pigmented versions reflect solar radiation to reduce thermal gradients in hot climates.

Applications
- Highway and airport pavement curing after finishing
- Bridge decks and large concrete slabs
- Precast concrete yard element curing
- Industrial floors immediately after power trowelling
- Concrete repair surfaces to prevent premature drying
Key Features
- Concrete Curing Compound meets ASTM C309 Type 1 and Type 2 water retention efficiency requirements
- Single spray application replaces traditional wet burlap or polyethylene sheet curing
- White-pigmented grades reduce surface temperature by reflecting solar heat in hot-weather concreting
- Acrylic grades are paintable after cure; wax grades are removable by traffic wear
