Photoinitiator 907 (MMMP, 2-Methyl-4-(methylthio)-2-morpholino-propiophenone)

CAS Number: 71868-10-5

Photoinitiator 907 (MMMP) is an alpha-aminoketone Type I photoinitiator with absorption extending to 400 nm, making it highly effective for white and pigmented UV systems including LED curing at 385 nm and 395 nm. It generates amine radicals that exhibit high surface cure efficiency and reduced oxygen inhibition, commonly used at 1–4 phr alone or in combination with thioxanthone sensitizers such as ITX or DETX.
