Production Chemical Scale Inhibitor (Phosphonate/Polymer Blend)
Synergistic phosphonate-polymer blend engineered for continuous scale inhibition in produced water handling systems. Controls CaCO3, CaSO4, and BaSO4 scale formation at low dosage rates of 5–50 ppm, remaining effective at temperatures up to 90°C and in high-TDS brines exceeding 100,000 mg/L. Fully compatible with commonly used corrosion inhibitors for simplified production chemistry programs.
