Silane Siloxane Concrete Sealer
Silane Siloxane Concrete Sealer is a penetrating water repellent combining alkylsilane monomers (typically isobutyltriethoxysilane or octyltriethoxysilane) with oligomeric siloxane for deep substrate penetration and a robust hydrophobic lining within the concrete capillary structure. It provides long-term protection against water ingress, chloride-ion penetration, carbonation, freeze-thaw damage, and alkali-silica reaction. Commonly supplied as a ready-to-use liquid concentrate at 20–40% active silane/siloxane content.

Applications
- Concrete bridge decks and substructures in chloride environments
- Parking structure floors and ramps exposed to de-icing salts
- Masonry walls, stone facades, and precast concrete cladding
- Concrete pavements and tarmac in freeze-thaw climates
- Marine concrete splash zone and tidal zone protection
Key Features
- Silane Siloxane Concrete Sealer penetrates 5–15 mm into concrete for durable sub-surface protection
- Chemically bonds to substrate silanol groups — not a surface film, so vapor permeability is maintained
- Reduces chloride ingress by ≥80%, significantly extending service life in marine and de-icing salt environments
- Single application can provide 10–20 years protection depending on exposure conditions and substrate quality
