Sodium Butyrate 30% Feed Grade
CAS Number: 156-54-7
Sodium Butyrate 30% on carrier is a short-chain fatty acid salt that provides butyric acid to the gastrointestinal tract, promoting intestinal villi development, tight junction integrity, and colonocyte proliferation in swine and poultry. It is a key energy source for enterocytes and acts as a histone deacetylase inhibitor modulating gene expression in gut epithelial cells. Our coated or uncoated product can be targeted to different GI segments.
