Defoamer for Water Treatment
CAS Number: 8050-09-7
Water treatment defoamers are specially formulated silicone or non-silicone emulsions designed to rapidly break foam and prevent its re-formation in wastewater treatment plants, cooling towers, and industrial water systems. They work by destabilizing foam lamellae and spreading rapidly at the air-liquid interface. These products are compatible with most water treatment programs and are effective at very low dosages.
