Lactic Acid 80% Feed Grade
CAS Number: 50-21-5
Lactic Acid 80% is a naturally occurring organic acid produced by fermentation, widely used in animal feed as an acidifier, antimicrobial, and silage preservative. It effectively reduces gut pH, inhibiting Salmonella and coliform bacteria, and is the primary acidifier produced by beneficial lactobacillus bacteria in healthy intestines. Our feed-grade product is available as L(+) or DL racemic form depending on application requirements.
