Tri-Cation Phosphating Agent
Tri-cation phosphating agent contains a balanced combination of zinc, manganese, and nickel ions to produce a fine-grained, dense phosphate conversion coating on steel and iron substrates. The nickel and manganese co-deposition refines crystal size and increases coating density, resulting in superior corrosion resistance and paint adhesion compared to conventional zinc phosphate. It is the industry standard for automotive OEM and Tier-1 supplier pre-treatment lines.
