Resin Amine Demulsifier
Resin amine demulsifier is synthesized from polycondensed phenolic resin alkoxylated with ethylene oxide and propylene oxide, producing a highly surface-active molecule with superior interfacial activity. It is especially effective for treating tight, aged, or thermally stable crude oil emulsions that are resistant to conventional polyether demulsifiers. The product demonstrates excellent performance at elevated temperatures (60–100°C) encountered in thermal recovery and heavy oil processing.
