PTFE Wax (Micronized Polytetrafluoroethylene)

CAS Number: 9002-84-0

Micronized polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE) wax powder with an exceptionally low coefficient of friction, used to impart premium slip and anti-blocking properties to printing inks, varnishes, and coatings. Its chemical inertness and thermal stability make it suitable for aggressive solvent environments and high-temperature cure systems. PTFE wax outperforms conventional polyolefin waxes in terms of lubricity and release characteristics.
