Zinc-Nickel Alloy Plating Additive
Zinc-nickel alloy plating additive is designed for alkaline or acid zinc-nickel bath systems to co-deposit zinc and nickel in the optimal 12-15% nickel composition range, which provides corrosion resistance 5-10 times greater than pure zinc plating of the same thickness. The controlled alloy composition is critical for achieving maximum cathodic protection and corrosion resistance that meets automotive OEM specifications. Zinc-nickel is the preferred coating for automotive brake components, fasteners, and structural parts requiring superior corrosion performance.
