Naphthalene Sulfonate Cement Dispersant / Superplasticizer
Naphthalene sulfonate formaldehyde condensate (NSFC) is an anionic dispersant used in oil well cement slurries to reduce slurry viscosity, improve pumpability, and lower water-cement ratio for improved compressive strength development. At dosages of 0.1–1.0% BWOC, it can reduce slurry yield point by 50–80% and improve cement placement efficiency in narrow annular clearances. It is compatible with most API cement classes and oilfield cementing additives.
