Low-VOC Coalescent Agent for Architectural Coatings

Low-VOC coalescent agents are next-generation film-forming aids designed to replace traditional high-VOC coalescing solvents in waterborne architectural coatings while maintaining or improving film formation, scrub resistance, and block resistance. These products are based on bio-derived or synthetic diol/ester chemistry with high boiling points and low evaporation rates, enabling formulation of zero-VOC or ultra-low-VOC architectural paints. They are suitable for eco-labeled and green building specification paints.
