Coco-Glucoside is a mild non-ionic surfactant produced by Fischer glycosylation of coconut-derived fatty alcohols (C8–C16 mixed chain) with glucose, yielding a surfactant free of ethylene oxide and synthetic petrochemical feedstocks. It provides gentle yet effective cleansing with good foam volume and cream texture, and is fully biodegradable and accepted under Ecocert, COSMOS-certified natural, and NATRUE standards. Coco-Glucoside is the standard primary surfactant in certified natural and organic personal care formulations worldwide.
