Fluoroelastomer Processing Aid
Fluoroelastomer Processing Aids are fluoropolymer-based additives that eliminate melt fracture and sharkskin defects in polyolefin film and pipe extrusion by providing dynamic lubrication at the die wall interface. Used at very low loadings (50–1000 ppm), they dramatically improve extrudate surface quality, allow higher output rates, and reduce die pressure. They are particularly valuable for LLDPE, HDPE, and metallocene polyethylene processing.
