Hydrazine Oxygen Scavenger

Hydrazine is a highly effective chemical oxygen scavenger used in high-pressure boiler systems where sodium sulfite is unsuitable due to the generation of dissolved solids at steam conditions. It reacts with dissolved oxygen to produce only water and nitrogen, leaving no ionic by-products. Hydrazine also passivates boiler metal surfaces, providing additional corrosion protection.
