Polyaspartic Acid (PASP)
CAS Number: 181828-06-8
Polyaspartic acid is a biodegradable, environmentally friendly scale and corrosion inhibitor derived from aspartic acid. It provides excellent inhibition of calcium carbonate, calcium sulfate, barium sulfate, and calcium phosphate scales in industrial water systems. PASP is recognized as a green chemistry alternative to phosphonate-based scale inhibitors.
