Polyquaternium-10 (PQ-10) is a cationic quaternary ammonium cellulose ether polymer specifically designed for hair care conditioning applications. Its cationic charge density enables strong substantivity to the negatively charged hair surface, providing detangling, anti-static, wet and dry combing ease, and moisturizing benefits in shampoo and conditioner formulations. Available in several viscosity grades (low, medium, high) to allow flexible formulation viscosity control.
