Temporary Rust Inhibitor for Shot Blasted Steel
Temporary rust inhibitor for shot blasted steel provides fast-acting, water-soluble corrosion protection on freshly blasted steel surfaces during the critical processing interval before primer application. Applied by spray or dip immediately after blasting, the inhibitor forms a thin water-soluble film that prevents flash rusting for up to 72 hours under normal humidity conditions. The inhibitor is completely washable with water or compatible with overcoating directly with most anti-corrosion primers without removal.
