Titanium-Zirconium Conversion Coating
Titanium-zirconium conversion coating agent combines titanium and zirconium fluoride chemistry to produce a mixed Ti/Zr oxide conversion layer on multi-metal substrates including steel, aluminum, and zinc in a single-bath process. The synergistic Ti/Zr combination provides enhanced corrosion resistance and paint adhesion compared to single-metal zirconium treatments, and is particularly effective on challenging aluminum alloy series. It is the preferred technology for high-throughput, energy-efficient metal pre-treatment in appliance and automotive supply chains.
