Biotemed HPC is a chitosan pyrrolidone carboxylate (PCA) salt combining the film-forming and conditioning properties of chitosan with the natural moisturizing factor (NMF) activity of PCA. Provides superior moisturization, film formation and skin conditioning. High usage flexibility at 0.11–7%. Used in leave-on products at ≤7%.
