Antioxidant 445 for NBR/EPDM Rubber
CAS Number: 10081-67-1
Antioxidant 445 (N-(1,3-dimethylbutyl)-N'-phenyl-p-phenylenediamine, also designated HPPD) is a hindered amine antioxidant designed for nitrile rubber (NBR), EPDM, and SBR applications requiring long-term heat and flex-fatigue resistance. It provides excellent protection against thermal oxidation at elevated service temperatures, extending the service life of dynamic rubber components. Recommended dosage is 1–2 phr in automotive seals, hoses, and technical rubber goods.
Technical Specifications
