HALS Tinuvin 292 for Wood Coatings
CAS Number: 41556-26-7
Tinuvin 292 is a low-molecular-weight liquid HALS (hindered amine light stabilizer) that provides outstanding radical-scavenging protection against photo-oxidative degradation in wood coating films. As a HALS rather than a UV absorber, it works catalytically to regenerate its active form, providing very long-term protection. Ideal for solventborne and waterborne 2K PU wood coatings and clear exterior wood finishes.
