Niacinamide (Vitamin B3) Cosmetic Grade
CAS Number: 98-92-0
Niacinamide (Vitamin B3) Cosmetic Grade is the most widely used skin-brightening active in modern formulation, clinically proven to inhibit melanosome transfer from melanocytes to keratinocytes, visibly reducing dark spots and uneven tone. It simultaneously reduces sebum production, strengthens the epidermal barrier by stimulating ceramide and fatty acid synthesis, and minimizes pore appearance. Water-soluble and heat-stable, it is compatible with the majority of cosmetic actives at 2–10% use levels.
