Rubber Processing Oil
Rubber Processing Oils are petroleum-derived or synthetic extender and softener oils used to reduce compound viscosity, improve filler dispersion, and lower hardness in natural and synthetic rubber. Available in aromatic, naphthenic, and paraffinic grades; TDAE and MES grades comply with PAH restrictions for tire applications. Processing oils improve processability, tack, and flexibility while reducing compound costs.
