Titanate Coupling Agent
CAS Number: 36673-16-2
Isopropyl tri(isostearoyl) titanate monoalkoxy-type coupling agent that improves compatibility and adhesion between inorganic fillers and thermoplastic polymer matrices. Unlike silanes, titanate coupling agents are effective for a wide range of fillers including carbonates, sulfates, and metal oxides. It reduces viscosity of filled systems and improves mechanical properties and processability.
