Alpha Amylase Feed Grade
CAS Number: 9000-90-2
Alpha Amylase is a starch-degrading enzyme that hydrolyses alpha-1,4-glycosidic bonds in starch, improving starch digestibility and energy availability in animal feeds. It is particularly valuable in young animals with low endogenous amylase secretion, such as newly weaned piglets and young chicks. Our thermostable feed-grade alpha amylase maintains high activity through pelleting to deliver consistent performance in the animal gut.
