Tinuvin 328 (2-(2H-benzotriazol-2-yl)-4,6-bis(1,1-dimethylpropyl)phenol) is a high-performance benzotriazole UV absorber specifically optimized for wood coating systems. It provides broad-spectrum UV protection (300–380 nm) that prevents yellowing, gloss loss, and substrate degradation in clear and pigmented wood finishes. Used in combination with HALS for maximum photo-stabilization efficiency.
