Sodium Alginate Printing Thickener

CAS Number: 9005-38-3

Sodium alginate printing thickener is a natural polysaccharide extracted from seaweed that is the preferred thickener for reactive dye printing on cotton and other cellulosic fabrics. It forms a clear, high-viscosity paste that does not react with reactive dyes, ensuring bright, sharp print definition and excellent color yield. After steaming and washing, it rinses out cleanly without residue, leaving a soft hand feel.
