Rubber Antioxidant IPPD
CAS Number: 101-72-4
Antioxidant IPPD (N-isopropyl-N'-phenyl-p-phenylenediamine) is a p-phenylenediamine antidegradant offering excellent protection against ozone attack, oxidation, and heat aging in natural and synthetic rubber. It provides faster surface migration than 6PPD, making it especially effective for static ozone protection. IPPD is frequently used in combination with 6PPD and TMQ for balanced antidegradant packages.
