Polyaspartate Dispersant (PASP)
CAS Number: 94525-38-9
Polyaspartic acid (PASP) is a biodegradable, amino acid-based scale inhibitor and dispersant for cooling water and boiler systems. It inhibits calcium carbonate, calcium sulfate, and zinc phosphate scale formation while dispersing corrosion products and suspended particles. Considered a green chemistry alternative to traditional phosphonate and polyacrylate inhibitors.
