Polyethylene Emulsion Softener
CAS Number: 9002-88-4
Polyethylene emulsion softener is a non-ionic wax-based finishing agent that provides a smooth, dry, and slightly stiff hand feel to textile substrates. It deposits a thin polyethylene wax film on fibers, improving sewability, tear resistance, and abrasion resistance of finished fabrics. Particularly effective for woven fabrics requiring a fuller body and enhanced surface lubricity.
