Bentonite (Agrochemical Grade) WG Carrier

CAS Number: 1302-78-9

Agrochemical-grade sodium bentonite is a natural swelling clay mineral used as a carrier, disintegrant, and suspending agent in wettable granule (WG) and wettable powder (WP) pesticide formulations. When WG granules contact water, sodium bentonite rapidly swells and disintegrates the granule structure, releasing active ingredients as a fine dispersible suspension. It also functions as a flow-control additive and anti-caking agent in dust granule (DG) and ULV formulations.
