Sodium Metasilicate

Sodium metasilicate is a strongly alkaline builder and corrosion inhibitor widely used in industrial and institutional cleaning products. It provides saponification of fats and oils, peptization of protein soils, and emulsification of grease, while offering anticorrosion protection for aluminum and other metals. Available in anhydrous and pentahydrate forms for different cleaning applications.
