Peracetic acid (PAA) is a powerful oxidizing biocide and sanitizer composed of acetic acid and hydrogen peroxide equilibrium mixture. It provides rapid, broad-spectrum disinfection against bacteria, fungi, and viruses, and decomposes to harmless acetic acid and oxygen, leaving no toxic residuals. Approved for food contact surface sanitation and wastewater disinfection.
