Sugar-Urea Granular Binder
Sugar-urea binder systems are water-soluble granulation aids used in the manufacture of water-dispersible granules (WG) and fertilizer-pesticide co-granules. The blend of sucrose and urea provides excellent binding strength during extrusion granulation while rapidly dissolving in water upon application, enabling fast and complete active ingredient release. This cost-effective binder system also contributes nitrogen when used in fertilizer co-formulations.
